| Should I drink water? |
| Drink plenty of water before
and after your massage, therapy or service. We do not
recommend drinking any alcohol during or prior to
services.

| What about existing medical
conditions? |
| If you have any medical
conditions, please advise your therapist.
|
| Do I need to rest? |
| You may want to rest after
heat treatments and refrain from any invigorating
activities for the day. |
| What about if I am pregnant? |
| Pregnant women should
refrain from receiving any heat treatments.

| Should I prepare my body before
the tanning session? |
| You should fully shower and
exfoliate your entire body the day before the session.
You should arrive wearing no body lotion, deodorant or
make-up. They all act as barriers to the solution and
cause uneven absorption.

| What should I wear? |
| We recommend you wear dark
loose clothing. You have the option to wear a bathing
suit /under garments depending if you want tan lines or
no tan lines. Some garments may stain and we do not take
any responsibility for damaged clothing.

| Can I have other services the
same day? |
| It's recommended not to. Some
Spa services may act as barriers to the solution or
remove it entirely.

| How long does it last? |
| It can last 5-9 days. It will
fade as your skin naturally exfoliates. Do not have
prolonged sun exposure after your session.
